Tuition for our courses is determined according to each student driver's previous training or level of experience, and is comparable to the industry's standard. Rigorous Training

Our curriculum includes 160 hours of training, divided between traditional classroom instruction, basic skills instruction on the TransMaster Plus Driving Simulator, and hands-on training in yard skills and road skills. All behind-the-wheel training is supervised on late-model 53' dry-van Internationals.

Our instructors have more than 185 years of combined experience in the trucking industry. Their experience as drivers and as instructors allows them to tailor the driver-training curriculum to fit each student's needs.

In April 2015, the Shelly Truck Driving School received approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) as a third-party CDL testing site. Graduates of the Shelly Truck Driving School are tested for free. Testing is offered to others at a reasonable cost. Shelly Truck Driving School is a one-stop shop for anyone considering a career as a truck driver.
